As the founder and president of Bader Art Metal, Austin combines his lifelong passion for classic cars and mechanics with a dedication to precision craftsmanship. Raised on Chicago’s North Shore, his early interest in restoration shaped his meticulous approach as a fabricator. Before establishing Bader Art Metal in 2006, Austin gained insights from years in Chicago’s luxury real estate market, which helped transform the business from a custom ornamental metals shop into a premier provider of luxury interior steel and glass doors, partitions, and enclosures. What began in a friend’s garage has grown into a renowned company serving clients worldwide. Outside of work, Austin restores vintage cars, enjoys cycling, plays music, and is a devoted husband and father, infusing his passion for precision into all aspects of his life.

Since joining Bader Art Metal in 2019, Brett Woodley has played a key role in the company’s growth and innovation. With a strong background in industrial design, he excels in product design, development, engineering, and domestic manufacturing. As Co-President and Head of Design and Engineering, Brett fosters connections between clients, design teams, and manufacturing, driving tailored, client-focused solutions. Under his leadership, Bader Art Metal has solidified its reputation for high-quality luxury interior doors, partitions, and enclosures. A Colorado native now living on Chicago’s North Shore, Brett balances his professional life with interests in travel, cycling, and spending time with family and friends.
